My TransUnion credit score is 732, my credit is good, been at my job for 2 1/2 years now, my car is paid off and I have debt under $5,000 which will be paid off this year. I’m looking for a home in the price range of $100k-$120k and I will have a down of at least $20k. Also, I will be a first time home buyer. I’m scared.

With a credit score of 625 and a 20% down on a 180.000 triplex, what are the chances of me getting a loan. I think FHA is out because I will not be residing, I will be renting all 3 units. I also have just filed my taxes for the 2nd year in a row at 65k a year but for only 2 years. I’ve been invisible since then as I moved out of the country for 10 years.
Any help, advice or suggestions greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Joe

My current score is a 579 and I have the option of using a VA loan if needed. Im earning around 85K a year, I have a car loan ($560/month) that I will pay off in like 3 months, and a credit card with 2,000 limit with 1,100 balance. What do you think?

My credit is poor but I have probably $80k in equity in my home. Will a bank refuse to approve a home equity loan because of bad credit?

Why would a bank care about how much money a borrower puts down? Is this amount reported to the lender? Don’t they only care about the total loan amount?
I will be getting a car loan soon, but because the car is only a few thousand dollars, I will only be putting down a few hundred. My credit score is 630.

My brother just recently quit a job. He still has one, but it’s low income. He can afford the payments I think he would have. I have an excellent credit score, but have put a house and furniture in my name for financing recently. If I co-sign with him, will it hurt my chances of getting a good rate on my own car loan?

I have been doing the regular credit-building technique, “Pay above your minimum payment and you should be good”. And I have been doing that for about.. 4 months. I was just wondering if I would be able to get approved for a car loan of $3,500.

I live in Waukesha WI. I make $2500/month. I have $30,000 in student loans that I pay $400/month. I have a Motorcycle payment of $100/month. I just started a new job and have 2 degrees from Milwaukee School of Engineering that relate to this job. I am 23 years old trying to buy my first home. I have good credit. Do you think I will be pre-approved by a lender?
