I’ve searched everywhere for answers to this question, with very little results. Here is the situation, I cannot possibly pay for my college tuition without loans. All of the search results say "federal loans" and I have exhausted this option, but my federal loan doesn’t even cover half of my tuition to school. Private Loans seem to be the only route I can take…… With this being said…. My parents REFUSE to take out the Parent-Plus Loan, or cosign any of my loans. How am I suppose to get a loan for school without a cosigner? Because there is nobody that I have to cosign. I have worked full time since high school and still am having troubling saving up the 13,000 it is a semester for a state school.
Any Suggestions/Thoughts would be great!

i have a loan through wachovia dealer services, but i have a co-signer. the co-signer wants off the loan because i am a financial risk to him. refinancing is not saving me much money but it will be in my own name and i dont have to worry about him taking the car which he has right now. with him i was paying around 270 and my interest rate was 11%. now capitol one approved me but for 48 months at 300 a pop which is okay if i buckle down, i think i will need the loan for atleast 3 years instead of 2. can i do that, i havent signed it yet. they gave me a higher interest rate, i have been through about 5 or 6 companies with no help. wells fargo and other banks you name it. they are not asking for anything down which is good but what should i do? as long as its in my name im happy but no other place will approve me. i feel like i am stuck with a cosigner and i dont want to be.
sorry i figured out that 48 months = 4 years, not 2 years.

I am 19 years old. I am in USMC Reserve. I don’t get paid much but I do get paid enough to make a $ 300-400 payment on the loan each month. I live with my parents. I can get a job after I get the car. I have no credit. I just recieved the credit card. I can get a cosigner. I am looking for 000 loan for 60 months. Can I get it and where?

I do not know if I will be able to find a cosigner. I want to buy a used car for 5,000 dollars or less to get me to school and back. How would I go about this. And what is a good way to find out if I am borrowing from a reliable source, with the best interest rates possible?

I’d like to get a loan for say, k, or even better; a blank check. Capital One I know does blank checks, but I’m not sure if they take people with no credit history. I have no credit history and I’m wondering if I can get a loan this way and what the interest rates will be like. Anyone know?
I don’t have BAD credit FYI, just NO credit whatsoever.
I can get a cosigner, but I was also curious if a cosigner can "lessen" the amount of credit that is built on my behalf during the payment period of the car.

I’m looking at a newer truck because mine is starting to break down the loan is going to be for 8500 after my trade in and my girlfriend is going to be my cosigner she has excellent credit but no job shes just finishing up school will they find a loan through one of their financial institutions the first one they checked denied us because she doesnt have a job any ideals?

I am 18 with no credit record and I am lookng to buy a new car. My parents do not have a good credit rating. I have 3 thousand in the bank and need a 10 thousand loan. Is there any way I can get the loan without a cosigner?

Say the vehicle is ,000.
If the person upheld their part of the deal (making full payments on time) would there be any drawbacks for the cosigner? For Example: I was wondering if the cosigner had a business opportunity and went to get financing would it look bad for him that he is cosigner for someone with no credit?
Garfield: I have yet to see a new Ferrarie for 75K. If you find one though, let me know.

Ok, let me tell you my story-I have bad credit but NO DEBT. Before I joined the military, I payed my 2300 worth of debt off. That was about a year ago, maybe 10 months. Anyways, My credit is still bad though, and I applied for an autoloan through USAA and they said I could get a 12,000 loan WITH a cosigner. But This is not what I need, I need a little bit higher, say, 15,000. Since, I have no debt, Are all the places gonna only approve me for 12,000 or can I get anymore? Please don’t tell me to get a car for 12,000, I have the car I want, it is a good deal and my only advise I need is about the loan, not my car. Thanks, by the way, I currently have no credit cards or anything.
Also, I was going to put 1000$ down, maybe 1500$ is everything goes right, will this help?
