I am a first time home buyer and dont know the first thing about buying a home. I’m hoping to have a house purchased before the end of the tax credit period which I do believe is December 1st of this year. Should I go ahead and apply for the loan [which will be an FHA loan] or should I find a real estate agent first? Also, where would I go to apply for an FHA loan? Can I apply online? and how long does it take to get pre-approved?

I know all the pros and cons in regards to payday loans but in the course of my research i keep coming across referral sites not acutal loan companies. These sites then offer everything but what I’m looking for – a loan. If anyone knows of an actual loan site i would very much appreciate the address.

These payday loans are causing us to not be able to pay our everyday bills such as power, water, rent, car payment, etc. They are taking the fees/payment out of our checking account every week. We filed for bankruptcy over 5 years ago. These payday loans keep getting us further and further in debt. What can we do?

I am planning to buy my first home and applying for a home loan and one of the lender said this to me
” If you take your mortgage with us and after 4 payments are made, if the rate goes down by a .25% we will refinance you at no cost”
1) Do they really refinance at NO(zero) cost of the rates go down .25% ?
2) Are there any other charges which are hidden which lenders charge if we refinance at a later stage when rates drop ?
